Risk Management Emergency Information Canton Township Public Safety Canton-Oakwood Hospital Emergency Room A Mobile Medical Unit will be located at Independence Park to treat minor sports injuries. Emergencies should go to the Emergency Room of the nearest Hospital. For any significant injury do not hesitate to contact Public Safety at the number above for an ambulance. Click Here to accces a list of MSYSA forms including medical release forms, travel forms, etc. Notice to All Michigan Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Trainers, and Managers The MSYSA requires all Michigan coaches to comply with its Risk Management requirements in order to participate in any MSYSA sanctioned Tournament. Therefore please have your clearance card issued by MSYSA at Tournament check-in. This applies to all Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers and Trainers who will participate on the field or sideline.If you have not yet sent in you application for the clearance card please contact MSYSA. The MSYSA website allows people to apply for tournament only cards. It is advisable to apply early. Notice to Out of State and Canadian Teams If your State Association or Provincial Association participates in a Risk Management program please bring your clearance card to Tournament check-in. This also applies to all Assistants, Trainers and Managers.
